MAX986ESA is a high-performance, single, fixed-frequency and internal oscillator, rail-to-rail operational amplifier designed and shaped in a small SOT23-5 surface-mount package, making it an ideal choice for portable phone, notebook computer, PDA, and other advanced microprocessor applications. With its wide, low-dropout comparator, low power dissipation and high precision, it offers a premium level of performance.
The MAX986ESA linear-comparator has a wide range of applications, including calibrating, sensing, control of current and resistance, as well as providing sensor protection, monitoring, logging, and network interface capabilities. The comparator is specifically designed for industrial use with wide operating temperature of -40 to +85 so that it can handle a wide range of operating conditions.
The programmable comparator is based on the MAX986ESA high-performance and low power consumption design.
