MAXQ614V-L001+T is an embedded 8-bit microcontroller, which combines two efficient devices in one package that couples an intelligent 24 MHz MAXQ614 CPU with an embedded 8K byte Flash ROM. First introduced in 2002 by Maxim Integrated, this microcontroller offers a wealth of features compared to other 8-bit devices, such as enhanced instruction set, on-chip peripherals, and special handling of I/O (input/output) signals.
