TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diodes are used to protect electronic circuits from transients. They are also known as surge suppressors, or surge protectors, since they protect against surges in voltage. The MAZT068H0L is a series of TVS diodes made by Fairchild Semiconductor.
