Logic circuits usually use a voltage of 0v to 0.7v (or 0v to 0.5v) as logic 0, and a voltage of 2.4v to 5v (or 1.5v to 5v) as logic 1. The MC10H124PG is a logic translator that can convert CMOS/TTL signal levels, both directions.

The MC10H124PG is a bipolar, high-speed, dual line-to-line translator. It is available in a 14-pin DIP package that is rated for temperatures ranging from -20°C to 85°C. The inputs and outputs of the MC10H124PG can be operated over a supply voltage range of 2.7v to 15v.
