MC33269D-3.3 (hereinafter referred to as MC33269) is a monolithic adjustable positive voltage regulator developed by Motorola in its Linear series of voltage regulators. The 3.3V output MC33269 is designed to provide an output voltage with two fixed-voltage options (2.97V, 3.13V) that can be adjusted over a 1V range of output voltages, depending on the external components selected. This is the most common form of the MC33269 voltage regulator, the adjustable version.
The MC33269 is a three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator, providing a wide range of output voltages from 2.7V to 20V. The inputs of this regulator are the Adjust terminal (ADJ) and the Power Supply terminal (VIN). The output from the regulator is taken from the Output terminal (VOUT).
