The MC33340EVB is an Evaluation and Demonstration Board and Kit that helps customers evaluate and demonstrate the performance of a range of Microchip Technologies\' MC33340 family of microcontrollers. The MC33340EVB has the capability to support the Remote Flash Programming protocol, JTAG debug interface, USB debugging, and a variety of other development options. It also has on-board peripherals such as LCD, USB, RS232, SD, and audio interfaces. It has a wide range of applications in the fields of consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, medical, and many other areas of embedded systems design.

The MC33340EVB board includes a Motorola Microprocessor core and a Memory Hub Controller (MHC) with expansion ports to enable the addition of memory for the MC33340EVB.
