MC33FS6502LAE is a battery-backed, 32-bit Flash memory solution designed to provide non-volatile storage for automotive and industrial applications. Working Principle

The MC33FS6502LAE is a flash memory system designed to provide non-volatile storage of up to 32-bits of data in a single, low-power SOT23-2 package.
