When LE HI is LOW, data from input A is stored in the LE LO output, and data from input B is stored in the output B. Data will remain stored until the LE HI goes back to HIGH level, at which time the old values at the output are latched. The output will remain at the same level until a new input value is applied by LE HI going low again. When the Reset/Inhibit pin is set HIGH, the latch is forced in a reset condition, causing the output A and output B to go LOW. When the reset/inhibit pin is LOW, the normal operation is set.
