The MCP4541T-502E/MF is an integrated, non-volatile digital potentiometer (DPOT) which operates from a single +2.7 V to +6.0 V supply voltage. It features EEMEM™ (Electrically Erasable Memory) technology which provides non-volatile memory for applications that operate in harsh environments.
