Working Principle

The MD00L3NZGD works on the principle of a pole mechanism. It has a wedge lever with leaf springs which is attached to the actuator of a toggle and actuates the three 3-position levers. This pole mechanism allows the switch to change between 3x2, 4x2, and 6x2 power configurations. The switch is equipped with two side actuation levers. The left lever is used to select the configuration, while the right lever is used to connect the two power sources in the selected configuration.The actuator provides optimal contact pressure and ensures good contact between the switchable poles in all configurations. The actuation force is also adjustable using a set screw located at the base of the lever.
