The MDD255-14N1 is a rectifier array uniquely designed for power applications. The array’s operation is based on the principle of a diode, and the rectifier array contains 14 diodes. It is designed to efficiently combine the features and benefits of several individual diodes into a single package, enabling users to create more reliable designs with fewer components and shorter assembly times, resulting in higher manufacturing yields and reduced cost.The MDD255-14N1 is commonly used in power electronics applications such as AC-DC conversion, power rectification and voltage regulation. Its four terminals, an anode and three cathodes, provide flexibility for wiring and reducing the number of components needed for the design.
