The MF1S5001XDUF/V1V is a highly integrated RF Identification (RFID), RF Access and Monitoring IC manufactured by NXP Semiconductors.The MF1S5001XDUF/V1V is a unique dual-interface RFID IC which supports both the low-frequency and high-frequency communication standards.
