The MIC2027-2YM-TR is a digital power distribution switch, load driver and fan controller IC with low current load (0.5 A) and high current load (5A) output capability. It provides a system solution for efficient power distribution, load driving, and fan control in single board applications.
The MIC2027-2YM-TR is a high-frequency, buck-and-boost regulator with a wide input voltage range. It has two low-side, MOSFET drivers and one high-side, MOSFET driver. The low current output is ideal for controlling and distributing small loads, such as LEDs and small microcontroller/microprocessor loads. The high current output can drive and control fans, motors, and other high-current loads. The driver and fan controllers are fully integrated into the IC and are programmable via software.
