The MIC2075-2BMM is a dual low voltage output, two-channel MOSFET driver from power management integrated circuits manufacturer, Micrel. It is designed for use with an external MOSFET to provide up to 1.5A of continuous output current. This product falls into the Power Management ICs group: Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers. The MIC2075-2BMM is an integrated, very small power distribution switching and load driver IC.
