The pulse width modulation stage is then responsible for controlling the duty cycle of the primary switch, thus determining the conduction period and regulating the output voltage.Finally, the integrated power FETs then provide reduced conduction losses and better thermal performance with high efficiency while fast current limiting protection is offered by the internal current limit monitor circuit.
