The MIC5281-5.0YMME-TR is a 1.2A, 5V positive digital linear voltage regulator which is designed to provide excellent performance and high output voltage accuracy in digital and analog circuits. The MIC5281-5.0YMME-TR provides low output noise, fast transient response, wide range of operating temperature, and excellent line and load regulation characteristics.

The MIC5281-5.0YMME-TR is widely used in DC/DC power supplies and supplying power toCMOS, TTL, EPROM, ASIC, PLD, and FPGA circuits. It is also applicable to temperature-compensated circuits, as well as systems which require excellent noise and ripple reduction. With its small package size, theMIC5281-5.0YMME-TR is ideal for space-constrained applications such as in mobile and handheld devices.

The MIC5281-5.0YMME-TR utilizes an internal linear voltage regulator to provide a stable output voltage of 5V in the range of 4.75V to 7V. It designed with a low-dropout (LDO) regulator which has high operating efficiency and delivers up to 1.2A of continuous current, with minimum output voltage noise and over temperature protection.

The MIC5281-5.0YMME-TR can be used as a single-ended or dual-ended power supply for CMOS, TTL, EPROM, ASIC, PLD, and FPGA circuits. It has an output voltage accuracy of ±2% and can operate at temperatures from -40°C to +125°C.
