The MIC5321-NKYMT-TR is a linear voltage regulator from the PMIC – Voltage Regulators – Linear product family. It is designed for use in providing precision voltage regulation for high-end electronic equipment in demanding high-performance applications. The MIC5321-NKYMT-TR features low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, high-precision reference, and fast transient response during load and line changes.

The MIC5321-NKYMT-TR provides high-efficiency voltage regulation up to 20A and features low dropout (LDO) voltage of 0.25V at 1A and 0.35V at 20A. This product features ultralow noise, low quiescent current, high ripple rejection and fast transient response making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The MIC5321-NKYMT-TR’s output voltage is adjustable from 1.1V to 3.3V and can handle line and load transients of up to 50V. It also has a minimum input voltage of 4.75V and its maximum voltage is 6V.

The MIC5321-NKYMT-TR utilizes a 0.5% relatively accurate voltage reference that is capable of providing an output voltage precision of 0.5% to 1.0%. Its quiescent current is low, at 7µA, and its maximum output current is 20A.

The MIC5321-NKYMT-TR also provides a wide temperature range of operation, ranging from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.
