The MIKROE-1199 Expansion boards and daughter cards made by MikroElektronika provide a platform for evaluating and testing various applications and products. The MIKROE-1199 is the most powerful and flexible expansion board from MikroElektronika, and is suitable for projects in various application fields.This board has been specially designed to help users evaluate the features of a wide range of products and applications. It has a powerful processor module which packs a host of features such as multiple I/O ports, ADC/DAC, multiple stepping modes, 12-bit rating, high-resolution multiplexing, and much more. This board is also featured with a wide range of control and communication components and provides a platform for customizing the software for various applications.The MIKROE-1199 can be used for home and industrial automation projects, including controlling remotely using GSM/GPRS/WiFi modules, as well as for developing automation solutions for smart cities. The board is also suitable for medical applications such as electrocardiography (ECG), electroencephalogram (EEG), and laboratory testing equipment, as well as motor control projects like servo systems and industrial robotics.The main principle behind the MIKROE-1199 working involves providing different types of input signals such as voltage, current, frequency and pulse width modulation, and then transmitting the input signal to the microcontroller’s core processor. The processor then processes the signals and produces the appropriate outputs which can be used to control various devices. The board is programmed using the open source power development board IDE which is freely available from MikroElektronika.The MIKROE-1199 board can also be used to make applications for embedded display solutions such as LCD and OLED displays. It supports numerous development libraries for generating graphics for a variety of devices. For connecting different devices together, the board supports an array of communication protocols such as CANIL, I2C, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and Universal Serial Bus (USB).In addition to the above applications, the MIKROE-1199 can be used to monitor an array of physical parameters including temperature, humidity, pressure, and so on. It can be used for developing communication and control systems such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi networks. The board also supports remote operations such as data monitoring & logging, data acquisition, and data streaming.All in all, the MIKROE-1199 is a powerful and versatile expansion board from MikroElektronika, and is suitable for use in a wide variety of projects, ranging from home and industrial automation to medical equipment to motor control.
