The MIKROE-162 application field and working principle is an important part of the Evaluation and Demonstration Boards and Kits. MIKROE-162 is a microprocessor-powered, multi-skilled, high-speed, ultra-low power control system board. It is comprised of 16-bit MIKIOP processors as the main controller, with up to 128 KiB code memory. It features a useful but simple user interface, providing Real-Time Clock, Interrupt Vectors, Timers and Interrupts, PWM, A/D Converter/D/A Converter, SPI and I2C Bus Interface, UART Interface, and digital and analog I/O ports. With up to 8 channels of dual differential digital/analog input, MIKROE-162 meets the requirements of many embedded applications.The working principle of MIKROE-162 is based on the Mikiop processor. The Mikiop processor works with a 16-bit instruction set, which is consists of 8-bit instructions and 16-bit registers.
