The MIKROE-2368 is an evaluation board featuring a daughter card. This evaluation board offers the capability to quickly and easily evaluate the programmable logic components (PLCs) that can be used for commercial and industrial applications. There are a wide range of applications for this evaluation board, including, industrial networking, home automation, and embedded system development.
The MIKROE-2368 consists of a daughter board, a microcontroller and a baseboard. The daughter board contains the SAMC21 PLC, which features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor with 256K of ROM and 32K of RAM. The daughter board also includes several ports which make it possible to connect external components. The microcontroller on the board is a N-Nano Cortex-M0 processor with 8K of ROM and 2K of RAM.
The baseboard is designed to work with both the daughter board and the microcontroller to allow demonstration, development, and testing of applications. It includes a user interface, power supply, and a variety of I/O connectors. Additionally, an FPGA module is available to provide more functionality.
When using the MIKROE-2368, the user can control it via the daughter board and the microcontroller. This allows for custom control over the PLC, including the ability to write and debug software.
