The ML6428CS1 video processor is a linear video processing chip used in a variety of applications. The device is a multichannel video processor which can convert analog video signals into digital video data which can then be processed and output for video display. It supports up to four video inputs with integrated video multiplexers and up to two video outputs with integrated video demultiplexers.

The ML6428CS1 is designed to convert analog NTSC, PAL or SECAM video source to digital. It employs a powerful moto-processing system of up to four video encoding channels with separate low-bandwidth encode and decode features.
