The MN13811-G has a low supply current of 1.5µA at a device supply voltage of 0.7V and 5.5V. It also features a high noise immunity. It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 0.7V to 5.5V and is compliant with the Output Voltage Select (OVS) standard. The supervisor provides signals and reset outputs when the power supply voltages drop below or above specified thresholds.The output signals from the MN13811-G can be used to control external devices, such as a system reset generator, which can be used to assert a reset signal.
