The MN1382FP Integrated Circuit (IC) is a precision voltage supervisor technology that can be used in a variety of applications. It is a member of the PMIC - Supervisors family and has been developed by Japanese Manufacturer Matsushita Electronics Corporation, now known as Panasonic.
