The MOCD213R1M optoisolator is a six-pin transistor-photovoltaic output (TPCO) optoisolator that provides galvanic isolation between the transistor-photovoltaic device and the input signal. It is an easy-to-use, compact, and cost-effective solution for providing isolation between high-speed signals, components and circuits. The optoisolator provides a high level of optical isolation and is mainly used in industrial and automotive applications.The TPCO optoisolator is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including industrial, automotive, medical, and consumer electronics. Common applications include switching power supplies, motor drives, instrumentation, fieldbus communication, and remote control units. It can also be used as an isolation component in power systems, medical instrumentation, and electronic currency networks.The optoisolator has a built-in emitter and detector that is encapsulated in a small package that allows high-speed signals to be transmitted between circuits. The emitter consists of a semiconductor diode that generates light, and the detector consists of a phototransistor.
