MP3423GG-P is a member of the PMIC -Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators product family and is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter in a very small land grid array (LGA) package. It features a power range up to 24V and a regulated output current of up to 3A. The device has an advanced PMOS based buck regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET and ultra-low quiescent current. It also includes a wide input voltage range (4.5V-24V) and a wide output voltage range (0.6-20V). It also includes a soft-start feature and a low internal reference voltage (1.23V).The MP3423GG-P is an robust and versatile stand-alone DC-DC converter. It is designed to provide power conversion from an unregulated and elevated voltage level, typically found in automotive and industrial systems, down to a lower and more regulated output voltage level.
