MP8869SGL-P is a DC-DC switching regulator from the Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) family of Voltage Regulators. This device is based on current-mode (CM) control technique, and comprises a high-efficiency, fixed-frequency, low-side/buck controller, with inbuilt protection circuits, integrated onto a single-chip solution. It also offers an adjustable current limit, built-in overvoltage, undervoltage and over-temperature protection features, which are enabled by its proprietary 4-channel monitoring and protection IC.

The device is manufactured using a single-channel process featuring a high-quality, low-noise, 0.18-micron N-well technology which guarantees a high level of device accuracy. MP8869SGL-P requires an input voltage of 4.5-25V and offers an adjustable output voltage range of 1.0-5.5V with an output current of up to 1.8A.
