MPC8349VVAGDB is an embedded microprocessor specially designed for industrial automation and embedded communications applications. The MPC8349VVAGDB is a highly integrated, low power, high performance32/64 bit processor designed for industrial communications and control systems. It has a variety of application fields: such as embedded system, industrial control and network equipment, telecom infrastructure, image processing, test and measurement and multimedia systems.
MPC8349VVAGDB is not only high-performance but also low-power and uses advanced CPFO processing technology to provide an ideal embedded solution for system application. It includes a MIPS32 processor which is capable of executing multiple instructions simultaneously. It also has a RISC-V controller which supports operating systems such as Linux and an integrated DMA engine for data manipulation. The integrated CPU also reduces system power consumption with its low power mode and high power shutdown mode.
The MPC8349VVAGDB is equipped with 16KB of cache memory which is divided into 4K instruction and 12K data.
