MPLAD15KP85CA/TR Circuit Protection

The MPLAD15KP85CA/TR is a bidirectional low capacitance transient voltage suppressor diode commonly used for protection of data lines in communication systems and microprocessors. It is able to suppress transients of up to 15kV using a relatively low capacitance of 84pF.
