The MPQ2484 is an integrated, monolithic, four high-voltage, high-current heart of arrays of NPN bipolar transistors. It is designed for self-regulating power supplies and other power switching applications where high current and low on-resistance are desired. It is capable of operating from low voltage logic levels down to from 4V up to 30V. This device includes a Logic Open Collector output to provide internal state control. The MPQ2484 can handle high peak currents and offers a wide range of features and performance advantages.
The features of the MPQ2484 include two or four independent high voltage and high current transistors, low leakaage current, high input impedance, high breakdown voltage, low distortion and high current capability.
