The MS2586 is a a high-power bipolar junction transistors (BJT) created by Mouser Electronics that is specifically designed for use in radio frequency (RF) applications such as amplifiers, radio transmitters/receivers, and oscillators. The MS2586 is an NPN device and has a maximum operating frequency of up to 1GHz, which makes it ideal for use in both low- and high-frequency systems.
