This is achieved by an internal sensor which monitors the beam integrity at all times and will activate the safety mechanism if the beam is ever interrupted.This light curtain also features two protective grates, one interior and one exterior, which increase both its safety and performance. The internal grate functions by automatically detecting any objects within its range of 0.15 m and 4.0 m and will activate the safety lock-out function to prevent any further actions or motion on the machine. This internal grate is designed to detect the presence of a person or an object within its range and will activate the safety lock-out function, preventing any further motion of the machine.The outer protective grate is designed to protect personnel who come within range of the light curtain but don\'t actually pass through it. This outer protective grate is designed to detect any objects larger than 0.1 m and will alert personnel of their presence.
