TVS diodes (Transient Voltage Suppressor) are electrical components designed to protect electronic circuits from voltage spikes, electric surges, or electrostatic discharge (ESD) events that have the potential to cause serious harm or damage to connected devices. The TVS diode of the MSMLG48CA/TR is no exception – it performs these protective functions with impressive efficiency.
