The MSMLJ11CAE3 is a TVS - Diodes designed for automotive applications. It is a unidirectional device that offers excellent ESD protection from the effects of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrostatic Overstress (EOS) in applications such as automotive temperature control ICs, buttons, switches, and terminal connectors. The MSMLJ11CAE3 is designed to protect sensitive components from ESD and EOS without sacrificing performance.

The MSMLJ11CAE3 is a transient-voltage-suppression (TVS) diode constructed using back-to-back silicon diodes in a package with a symmetrical dual-spike design. This design allows for positive and negative ESD protection up to ±30kV (HBM). The device also offers excellent electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, with ESD performance of up to +25kV (HBM) and +12kV (IEC).
