Working Principle
The MSMLJ14A is mainly composed of a PN junction diode, a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) with a peak pulse power rating of 14A, and an integrated EMI/RFI filter. The TVS diode is constructed of a semiconducting layer with an ESD-sensitive gate and silicone rubber housing.
