The MSP430™ Family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers (MCUs) offer the perfect combination of operational competence and power efficiency to enable the design of smaller, smarter embedded systems. The MSP430F6776AIPEU MCUs are particularly suited for data-logging and information processing applications, due to the wide family of peripherals and features. These ultra-low-power 16-bit devices provide a cost-effective solution for applications which use moderate amounts of computational power and memory.

The MSP430F6776AIPEU MCU are specifically designed for embedded system applications due to their highly efficient, low-power 16-bit core, extensive peripheral set and industry-standard communications protocols. The device integrates an LCD controller/driver, communication interface unit (CIU) and an RTOS-compatible precision clock system into a single chip.
