MSP430FR4133 is an ultra-low power, 16-bit microcontroller (MCU) from Texas Instruments featuring TI\'s advanced FRAM technology. It combines robust FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) with a 16-bit RISC-based MSP430 architecture and on-chip integrated peripherals to maximize power efficiency in demanding real-time applications. It is suitable for a variety of embedded computing applications that require energy efficiency, including energy harvesting, interference avoidance, and digital control systems.

The MSP430FR4133 MCU runs at up to 24 MHz and has 48 KB FRAM memory, 16-bit Timer TA0 and TA1, 12-bit Analog to Digital Converter, LED displays, EEPROM and an integrated Real-Time Clock (RTC). The device has multiple communication interfaces, including SPI, UART, I2C and CAN, for higher performance and lower power consumption. It also supports a wide range of low power and sleep modes for optimum operation in battery powered applications.
