It features a high speed interface that is optimized for mobile applications, as well as an advanced, low-power consumption design. The device also features various power consumption modes that help extend battery life.The device integrates two 16Mbit (1 Meg x 16) Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM) chips and one 8 Mbit (1 Meg x 8) Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM) chip.
