MT51K256M32HF-70:B TR is a 62-pin low-power high-speed DDR3L SDRAM of Micron Technology. It is used in computer RAM applications with higher task requirements, like 4K graphics and industrial engineering. It integrates 10-nano-scale feature sizes, a high-performance 128Mbit DDR3L memory, and 32M x 32 array.

Working Principle:

The DDR3L (double data rate 3L) is a low caloric version of the classic DDR3 module.
