MT88E39AS1 Application Field and Working PrincipleThe MT88E39AS1 is an IC integrated circuit used for LTE femtocell applications. It is a single chip, low voltage, low power, small form factor device that provides access to high speed mobile broadband networks, making it ideally suited for small home and office environments.The MT88E39AS1 is an energy-efficient, low power device with robust operation, excellent performance and cost-effectiveness. It is designed to meet the new 4G/LTE femtocell standards defined by the 3GPP and provides advanced features such as: full support of LTE-Femtocell hardware and software architecture; ENB-LTE support; full support of all major LTE networks; comprehensive system security features; advanced multi-user MIMO features; optimized spectral efficiency; low power consumption; and easy integration.The MT88E39AS1 supports data speeds up to 100 Mbit/s Downlink and 50 Mbit/s Uplink. It also supports full duplex operation, allowing for simultaneous transfer of data in both directions, and has low latency and jitter for real-time applications. Its integrated baseband core and radio transceiver allows for an overall low power solution, utilizing a high-efficiency power amplifier and frequency synthesizer. The device ensures a high data rate, low latency, low power consumption and small form factor.The MT88E39AS1\'s working principle is primarily based on the integration of Analog Front-End (AFE) and Digital Baseband (BB). AFE is responsible for converting the incoming RF signal from the cell tower into an analog signal, which is then digitized and demodulated by the baseband. Digital baseband is then responsible for decoding the signal by using different algorithms such as OFDM, FFT, Viterbi, etc., and finally modulating the signal in order to transmit it over the air. The integration of AFE and BB simplifies the overall architecture of the system and reduces the power consumption, size and complexity of the system.Overall, the MT88E39AS1 provides an ideal solution for small wireless access systems such as LTE femtocells.
