MUR20020CT is an advanced rectifier diode array which can be used in a variety of applications. It is a three-phase bridge rectifier system consisting of six diodes in which each of the three poles of the bridge rectifier is an anode and a cathode. The device is rated for a VRRM of 200 volts and IFSM of 60 amps, making it well suited for a variety of high power applications.
