The MXLRT100KP130CA is a unidirectional low capacitance transient voltage suppressor diode specifically designed for ESD and surge protection applications. It provides ESD protection to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4, Air Gap Discharge of 16kV (contact) and Light Probing of 8kV. This diode electronic component exceeds IEC 61000-4-5 requirements and provides power line ESD protection up to 25A.
