TVS - Diodes are a class of PN junction diode devices that are specifically developed for protection of integrated circuitry from high voltage transients induced by electrostatic discharge (ESD). The MXLSMCJ7.5AE3 is a TVS diode designed for protection of sensitive components on circuit boards from voltage spikes and surges. Working Principle
