The MZP4749ATA is a unidirectional, single Zener diode that provides reliable protection against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) for sensitive components in high-voltage circuits. It has an ESD protection level of 70 kV, making it suitable for use in applications where high-voltage protection is essential. The diode has an avalanche power rating of 200 mW and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
