The NB2308AC4DTG is a clock generator, Phase Locked Loop (PLL), and Frequency Synthesizer created by ON Semiconductor. It is a low-power, 8-output, anything-to-something clocking solution with a fully integrated PLL. It has a wide range of applications within the broadcast, information technology, and consumer electronics fields. It is capable of executing any clock combination from its 8 outputs which range from a frequency of 48MHz to 800MHz. With this feature, it can convert any input clock frequency input ranging from 12MHz to 400MHz, and can divide by integer ratios from 1 to 16.

Working Principle
