Its low jitter output makes it suitable for clock generator applications such as telecom and data communications applications, basestations, and high speed interfaces.The working principle of the NB2308AI4DG is based on the fundamental principles of clock generation using a differential PLL. A differential PLL is a type of phase-locked loop used to generate a clock signal from an oscillator. The PLL is comprised of a free-running reference oscillator, a phase/frequency detector, a charge pump, and a feedback loop. The input reference clock is fed into the phase/frequency detector, which compares the phase of the clock to the output of the VCO.
