The NB677GQ-P is a PMIC voltage regulator that combines linear and switching regulators for providing high-efficiency, cost-effective safety and reliability for industrial applications.

The NB677GQ-P is designed to provide superior regulation performance with a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V and an output voltage range from 0.8V to 6V. This PMIC voltage regulator uses a six-channel linear regulator and 24-channel switched regulators to accurately regulate the output voltage. The NB677GQ-P also includes a power factor correction (PFC) to offer high efficiency at high input voltages and a pre-drive power switch to provide higher efficiency at lower input voltages.
