The NB7V33MMNG is part of the supply voltage compatible clock buffers and drivers product family for providing signal buffering and clock synchronization in systems. The NB7V33MMNG, an advanced version of the NB7V33MMNF, is a low-power buffer with an output impedance of approximately 1000 pF and an input sensitivity of approximately 95 mVolt. The NB7V33MMNG is available in either an 8-pin VQFN package or in the 4-pin SOT-23 package. The NB7V33MMNG is rated to operate over a 1.65V to 5.5V supply voltage range and has an output impedance of < 1k ohms.
The NB7V33MMNG features logic compatible fanout in a micro-inch footprint by providing eight data buffers/drivers in a 4-bit package.
