The NC7NZ17L8X has input and output stages for the 4 channels. The input stage contains two complementary logical stages consisting of 8 N-channel and 8 P-channel MOS transistors. When the voltage exceeds the logical threshold (VTH) the logic signals are transferred to the output stage. The output stage uses 4 separate N-channel and 4 P-channel MOS transistors to drive 4 separate and independently controlled output stages. The output signals are 3-stated when the input is logic low and activated when the input is logic high.Conclusion
