The NC7SZ384P5 is a high-speed, low-power triple-input CMOS logic Multiplexer. It has three pins, namely, SEL(0,1,2) input pins and two output pins Z and G. It provides an Selects/Inverts/Does NOT operation instead of a more conventional Selects/Inverts/Retains function. This is an important feature for both logic and noise immunity improvement. This device also comes with a static Protection Mode feature for power-down designs. The NC7SZ384P5 can be used for selecting among three binary inputs and drive one of them to a logic 0 or 1, with output enable control.
