The NC7WZ125 is a low-power, low-voltage,Bus-oriented logic buffer designed to provide higher-current outputs, capable of bus loading and driving up to ten low-power outputs with 0.4 mA sink current per buffer and 0.8 mA source current capability. It is best suited for data and address bus applications in lower density media, such as SRAM and parallel ports. The buffer features 2-ns speed and is tolerant of 2.5 V to 3.3 V I/O environments.
The NC7WZ125 is primarily used in applications in which data and address bus buffers are needed to improve reliability and speed for low-density media.
